Role Overview

We’re seeking an experienced and passionate UI/UX Designer with 8+ years of hands-on experience in the software domain. As a core member of our product design team, you’ll shape intuitive, user-centered interfaces that enhance the way global enterprises interact with customers using RADIUS. This role requires deep empathy for users, a strong understanding of product workflows, and the ability to collaborate across product, engineering, and marketing teams

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design process for web and mobile interfaces within RADIUS.
  • Translate product requirements and user feedback into wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Design intuitive dashboards, interaction screens, and data visualizations that simplify complexity.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on insights.
  • Define and maintain a scalable design system, ensuring visual consistency across the platform.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to implement features that drive user engagement.
  • Contribute to the evolution of RADIUS’s overall user experience and interaction patterns.
  • Stay current with UI/UX best practices, accessibility standards, and design trends.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, with a strong focus on enterprise software or SaaS products.
  • Proven expertise in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent.
  • Portfolio demonstrating design work for complex applications, including dashboards, workflows, and multi-step interactions.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for crafting pixel-perfect interfaces.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience designing SaaS product.
  • Experience contributing to or building design systems.
  • Understanding of customer journey mapping and behavioral analytics.
  • Ability to mentor junior designers and provide thoughtful feedback.
