Role Overview

We are looking for passionate and skilled Android and iOS mobile app developers to build and enhance RADIUS’s enterprise mobile applications. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating intuitive, secure, and performance-optimized mobile experiences for enterprise users. You wi l work closely with product designers, backend engineers, and cross-functional teams to bring mobile features from concept to reality.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications for Android and iOS.
• Translate product requirements, UX designs, and workflows into high-quality mobile experiences.
• Build secure, scalable, and performance-optimized mobile features for enterprise use cases.
• Integrate mobile applications with backend APIs, real-time services, and cloud platforms.
• Ensure consistency, reliability, and responsiveness across devices and OS versions.
• Implement best practices for security, authentication, data protection, and performance.
• Colaborate closely with product, backend, QA, and UX teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Integrate mobile apps with REST APIs, real-time services (WebSockets/RTC), push notifications, and authentication flows.
• Implement secure data storage and user authentication (OAuth / SSO), and ensure compliance with data protection standards.
• Monitor and improve app performance, crash rates, and app startup times; instrument telemetry and analytics.
• Participate in architectural decisions and code reviews, and improve engineering processes.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of professional experience in mobile app development.
• Strong experience with cross-platform frameworks such as Flutter or React Native, Ionic, Capacitor, and Cordova.
• Solid understanding of mobile app architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, and clean architecture).
• Proficient in integrating RESTful APIs, push notifications, and real-time data communication.
• Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD for mobile apps.
• Knowledge of mobile security, performance optimization, and lifecycle management.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with an agile delivery mindset.
• Experience in enterprise/B2B apps, secure storage is a plus.
• Familiarity with real-time messaging/voice SDKs and protocols.
