Role Overview
We’re seeking an experienced and passionate UI/UX Designer with 8+ years of hands-on experience in the software domain. As a core member of our product design team, you’ll shape intuitive, user-centered interfaces that enhance the way global enterprises interact with customers using RADIUS. This role requires deep empathy for users, a strong understanding of product workflows, and the ability to collaborate across product, engineering, and marketing teams
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for web and mobile interfaces within RADIUS.
- Translate product requirements and user feedback into wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Design intuitive dashboards, interaction screens, and data visualizations that simplify complexity.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on insights.
- Define and maintain a scalable design system, ensuring visual consistency across the platform.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to implement features that drive user engagement.
- Contribute to the evolution of RADIUS’s overall user experience and interaction patterns.
- Stay current with UI/UX best practices, accessibility standards, and design trends.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, with a strong focus on enterprise software or SaaS products.
- Proven expertise in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent.
- Portfolio demonstrating design work for complex applications, including dashboards, workflows, and multi-step interactions.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for crafting pixel-perfect interfaces.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience designing SaaS product.
- Experience contributing to or building design systems.
- Understanding of customer journey mapping and behavioral analytics.
- Ability to mentor junior designers and provide thoughtful feedback.
