Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead end-to-end product strategy and execution for core RADIUS platform capabilities. This role demands strong ownership across product discovery, roadmap planning, delivery, and adoption, with a deep understanding of enterprise CX workflows, AI-driven automation, and omnichannel platforms. You will work closely with engineering, design, sales, customer success, and leadership to build scalable, market-leading CX solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the product vision, roadmap, and execution for key RADIUS modules.
  • Translate business goals, customer needs, and market trends into clear product strategy and priorities.
  • Define success metrics, OKRs, and measurable outcomes for product initiatives.
  • Conduct customer discovery, stakeholder interviews, and feedback analysis across enterprise clients.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to shape value propositions and go-to-market narratives.
  • Write clear PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
  • Lead backlog prioritization using frameworks like RICE, MoSCoW, or OKRs.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Design to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Drive AI-led initiatives to bring enhancement to the product.
  • Drive initiatives to build and scale data analytics and business intelligence features that deliver actionable insights for product, operations, and leadership.
  • Leverage data analytics, product insights, and customer metrics to drive product decisions, prioritize roadmap initiatives, and continuously improve platform adoption and performance.
  • Ensure product decisions balance usability, scalability, security, and compliance.
  • Work closely with architects to support extensible APIs and integrations.
  • Act as the single point of accountability between business, tech, and customers.
  • Mentor junior PMs and contribute to building a strong product culture.

Requirement

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, with experience in B2B SaaS or platform products.
  • Proven ability to own products from discovery to launch and scale.
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Miro, or similar.
  • Exposure to contact center platforms is a plus.
  • Understanding of data privacy, compliance, and enterprise security requirements.
  • Prior experience mentoring PMs or leading cross-functional initiatives.
