Role Overview

We’re looking for an SEO Specialist with a passion for digital visibility and performance marketing. You’ll play a key role in boosting RADIUS’s online reach, improving keyword rankings, driving quality traffic, and ensuring our brand connects with the right audience worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive keyword research to guide content and website strategy.
• Conduct on-page and technical SEO audits; implement recommendations and fixes.
• Execute backlink strategies and manage off-page SEO activities.
• Optimize landing pages, blogs, and product pages to maximize discoverability.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, search algorithm changes, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the content, design, and development teams to align SEO goals with overall marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in SEO.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools, including Excel and Word.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of HTML, CMS platforms (especially WordPress), and SEO best practices.
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with SaaS product SEO.
• Google Analytics or similar certifications.
• Familiarity with local SEO best practices.
• Experience conducting detailed technical SEO audits.
