Role Overview

We are looking for a UI/UX Developer who can take ownership of the complete design-to-development lifecycle. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive user experiences and translating them into responsive, high-quality interfaces. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create seamless and user-friendly digital experiences. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong design thinking with hands-on front-end development skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-centric experiences based on product requirements and user needs
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Translate UX designs into responsive, high-quality UI using HTML and CSS
• Ensure consistency across design systems, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders
• Optimize UI for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback

Requirements

• 0–4 years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development
• Strong understanding of UX principles: usability, accessibility, and interaction design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Solid knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3
• Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first approach
• Familiarity with CSS frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript is an added advantage
• Strong attention to detail and visual design skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with version control tools like Git
• Understanding of design systems and component libraries
• Exposure to front-end frameworks such as React or Angular
• Portfolio showcasing UX case studies and UI implementations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
