FY26 at RADIUS: One Stack, One Command Center, One Source of Truth
By Suman Subudhi | Creator & Chief Technical Architect of RADIUS
The CX Space Is Loud. Most of It Is Noise.
The CX industry today is noisy. Every vendor has an AI story. Every deck has the same buzzwords. And underneath the polish, much of what is sold as a "platform" is really a set of point tools stitched together at the surface; separate data, separate logic, and separate teams, dressed up in shared branding.
Customers see through it. Across our conversations with financial institutions, hospitals, insurance providers, and BPOs, the request is always the same, phrased a hundred different ways: fewer systems, cleaner data, and one stack that actually behaves like one stack.
One stack. One command center. That is what enterprise CX needs in this next chapter & not another tile on a fragmented dashboard.
That Is the Work for FY26 at RADIUS
Our charter for the year is to keep collapsing fragmentation, not by adding more tools, but by deepening the platform our customers already trust. Concretely, FY26 is about pulling the full enterprise CX surface area onto one coherent foundation
• Identity-Protected Calling. Communication that protects both the customer and the agent, without sacrificing the experience.
• AI Agents That Engage and Resolve. Agents that autonomously engage and resolve customer interactions, not just route them; built to handle real work, not just deflect it.
• Omnichannel Campaign Automation. Campaigns that do not fall apart when a customer moves from WhatsApp to voice mid-conversation. Context follows the customer; the customer does not chase the context.
• In-Built Ticketing. First-class ticketing inside the same platform, so issues are tracked where they are handled, not in a parallel system that someone has to keep in sync.
• Real-Time, Prompt-Based Reporting and Analytics. Demand-driven, prompt-based reporting that turns natural-language questions into the answers leaders actually need to make decisions.
All of it running on the same platform, the same data layer, and the same security model our enterprise customers have trusted us with for years. That last point is not a technicality. It is the entire premise. A platform earns the right to be called one when its surface area shares its foundation.
The Bar We Are Holding Ourselves To
There is a particular kind of work I am most interested in: the kind that looks obvious in hindsight. Not loud. Not novel for the sake of novelty. Just clearly right once it exists.
Twelve months from now, I want this article to feel obvious. One stack. One data layer. One security model. One command center. Not a point of view, but common sense. That is the bar we are setting for ourselves at RADIUS in FY26.
The team is aligned. The customers are asking for it. The work is already in motion.
