Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Product Solution Architect who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution. In this role, you will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

You will work closely with sales, product, engineering, and client stakeholders to understand complex requirements and translate them into practical, future-ready solution architectures. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical expertise with a deep understanding of enterprise CX ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end solution architectures aligned with client requirements and RADIUS capabilities.
  • RFP / RFI response support.
  • Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to support solutioning during client engagements.
  • Translate business requirements into technical design, workflows, and system integrations.
  • Define architecture for omnichannel communication flows (voice, chat, email, social, messaging).
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance.
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to align solution design with platform roadmap.
  • Guide implementation teams during deployment and integration phases.
  • Identify gaps in product capabilities and provide feedback for enhancements.
  • Create solution documentation including architecture diagrams, workflows, and technical specifications.
  • Support POCs, demos, and client workshops with tailored solution approaches.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in system design, APIs, and integrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Technical Expertise
  • Strong understanding of system architecture and distributed systems.
  • Experience with API design and integrations (REST, Webhooks, etc.).
  • Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Understanding of application servers and deployment architectures.
  • Exposure to microservices architecture and event-driven systems.

CX & Domain Knowledge

  • Experience working with Contact center/CCaaS/CX platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM integrations.

Tools & Technologies

  • Experience with diagramming tools (Lucidchart, Draw.io, Miro).
  • Working knowledge of integration tools, middleware, or ESBs.
  • Basic understanding of DevOps practices is a plus.

Preferred Certifications

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect / Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
  • TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture certification.
  • Contact Center or CX platform certifications (Genesys, Avaya, NICE, etc.) are a plus.
