Role Overview

We are looking for a QA Software Engineer – Manual / Automation. who is passionate about software quality assurance. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career QA engineers who want hands-on exposure to enterprise-grade applications, structured testing processes, and scalable automation practices. You will work closely with product, development, and QA teams to ensure RADIUS delivers a reliable, high-quality experience across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Manual Testing

Understand business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases and test scenarios.
Perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and exploratory testing.
Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect-tracking tools.
Validate UI elements, workflows, and end-to-end applications’ behavior.

Automation Testing

Develop and maintain automated test scripts for web applications.
Automate functional and regression test cases using Selenium WebDriver.
Follow automation best practices such as Page Object Model (POM).
Analyze automation failures and perform root cause analysis.
Support integration of automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks for scalability and reliability.
Basic knowledge of API testing (Postman, REST APIs).
Interest in learning performance testing or security testing concepts.

Requirements

Manual Testing Skills

Strong understanding of software testing fundamentals.
Knowledge of SDLC and STLC processes.
Experience with test case design techniques and the defect lifecycle management.
Ability to write clear, detailed, and reproducible bug reports.

Automation & Technical Skills

Programming knowledge in Java or Python.
Hands-on or academic experience with Selenium WebDriver.
Familiarity with testing frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, or PyTest.
Basic understanding of automation frameworks and Page Object Model (POM).
Working knowledge of Git and build tools like Maven or Gradle.

Qualifications

0–2 years of experience in Manual Testing / QA / Automation.
Freshers with strong testing fundamentals are encouraged to apply
Good analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
