Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for VIS Networks. In this role, you will identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities for our RADIUS Omnichannel Interaction System and related solutions across key industries and geographies.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales Execution

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the CCaaS/CX transformation and enterprise software space.
  • Qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, and map solutions to client needs.
  • Deliver compelling product demos, presentations, and proofs of concept.
  • Respond to RFPs/RFIs, craft proposals, and negotiate deals to closure.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Account Management & Relationship Building

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, CXOs, and channel partners.
  • Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Ensure seamless handover to delivery teams post-sale and support long-term client success.

Market Intelligence & Positioning

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer experience innovations.
  • Provide market insights and customer feedback to help shape product strategy.
  • Represent VIS Networks at events, webinars, and forums as a brand ambassador.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • 5–8 years of B2B sales experience in enterprise software, CCaaS, UCaaS, or related CX technology.
  • Strong understanding of contact center solutions (e.g., CRM, CTI, ACD, IVR, dialers, AI bots).
  • Proven track record of consultative/solution selling with large enterprise clients.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working with multi-level stakeholders including CXOs, Ops, and Tech teams.
  • Familiarity with proposal tools, pricing strategies, and sales outreach platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience selling to sectors such as BFSI, Utilities, Telecom, Healthcare, or EdTech.
  • Basic knowledge of APIs, cloud hosting models (AWS/Azure), and SaaS security compliance.
  • Understanding of telecom regulations and KYC norms.
