What's new
Admin-Driven Agent State Management
Admin-Driven Agent State Management enables supervisors and administrators to remotely update an agent’s availability directly from the Agent Status Widget. Admins can instantly switch an agent from Ready to Not Ready or enforce a Logout when required for operational or compliance reasons.
In traditional contact center environments, supervisors rely on manual agent action or external coordination to manage availability. This enhancement introduces real-time administrative control within the RADIUS platform, ensuring stronger workforce management and faster response during critical operational situations.
Why it matters
- Provides instant supervisory control over agent availability.
- Maintains service levels by quickly removing inactive agents from queues.
- Supports compliance through controlled logout during policy violations or emergencies.
- Improves workforce coordination during shift changes or disruptions.
Reporting Module: Save and Share Custom Analytics Graphs
Reporting tool now allows users to save dynamically created graphs directly within the platform. Agents, supervisors, and administrators can preserve critical visual insights for ongoing monitoring or share them with other users across the organization.
This enhancement improves reporting consistency while eliminating the need to repeatedly rebuild commonly used visual dashboards.
Why it matters
- Enables personalized analytics with saved graph views.
- Supports collaboration through shared reporting insights.
- Reduces manual effort and improves reporting productivity.
Call Channel: Queue and Terminal Configuration
RADIUS now has Queue and Terminal Configuration, giving administrators enhanced control over how customer interactions are routed and managed. Admins can configure queues based on business needs, define routing structures, and assign terminals or endpoints to ensure agents receive the right interactions through appropriate channels.
Previously, these configurations required backend setup on the Axtrics server. With this release, queue and terminal management can now be performed directly from the front-end application, simplifying administration and improving scalability.
Why it matters
- Ensures optimized routing of customer interactions.
- Improves allocation of terminals and endpoints across teams.
- Enables flexible configuration based on channel, priority, or workflow requirements.
Bug Fixes
- Minor UI enhancements for improved usability.
- Performance optimizations across reporting modules.
- Stability improvements in agent session handling and queue operations.
