What's new
Identity-Protected Calling
RADIUS introduces Identity-Protected Calling, creating controlled, private communication paths between Primary and Secondary users through dedicated DIDs mapped within a Process. Personal numbers stay fully masked on both sides, and calls route automatically based on predefined mappings — supporting both DID Pool-based mapping and Single DID with PIN-based identification.
Why it matters
- Connects mapped Primary and Secondary users automatically.
- Keeps personal numbers fully masked on both sides.
- Routes calls via DID Pool mapping or Single DID with PIN validation.
- Removes the manual effort of finding and dialing the right contact.
- Centralizes user-to-user mapping in one configuration.
- Supports secure, two-way communication that scales.
Click-to-Call (API-Initiated Calling)
RADIUS now lets third-party applications initiate and manage voice calls by passing source and destination numbers through an API. The platform automatically bridges the two parties, and every call flows into the contact center with full real-time monitoring, reporting, and recording.
Why it matters
- Lets external apps start voice calls through secure APIs.
- Sets up and bridges calls automatically, with no manual steps.
- Dials the destination first, then connects the caller, improving success rates.
- Fits use cases like cab booking, delivery, logistics, and healthcare.
- Tracks API-generated calls in real-time dashboards.
- Masks contact details to protect customer privacy.
E.164 Number Normalization
RADIUS now normalizes every inbound and outbound number into the globally recognized E.164 format. This brings consistency to call processing, reporting, integrations, and customer identification across all channels and connected systems.
Why it matters
- Standardizes all caller and destination numbers in E.164 format.
- Removes inconsistencies from varied local and national formats.
- Improves customer identification and contact matching across systems.
- Cuts duplicate records caused by different number representations.
- Supports global deployments with a universally accepted standard.
- Enables reliable journey tracking across voice and digital channels.
Cascade Dialing
RADIUS adds Cascade Dialing for Auto Preview and Auto Dial campaigns. When a contact’s primary number is busy, fails, or is unreachable, the dialer automatically moves to the next number in the configured sequence — maximizing the chance of connecting.
Why it matters
- Automatically tries alternate numbers when the primary one fails.
- Follows a configurable number sequence for each contact.
- Improves contact rates by using every available number.
- Saves agents from manually dialing backup numbers.
- Boosts campaign efficiency through automated retries.
- Lifts conversions for sales, collections, and outreach campaigns.
Bug Fixes
- Stability improvements in agent session handling.
- Refined data accuracy in reporting widgets.
- Enhanced reliability of call status updates.
- Improved consistency across listings and navigation.
